What is AdBlue
AdBlue Solutions
What is AdBlue?
AdBlue is a urea-based fluid that is used in the exhaust systems of some diesel vehicles to reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides (NOx). There are a few potential problems that can arise with:
- AdBlue Fault - No start in X amount of miles.
- Faulty Sensor (measures system effectiveness)
- AdBlue has not been filled up when suppose to.
- Counter has gone to zero and will not start.
- Tried filling up but it still will not start.
- AdBlue injector or seized pump needs flushing.
AdBlue warning light on?
JM Remapping & Diagnostics use dealer level diagnostics and can fully reinitialise the system as well as picking up relevant fault codes and failure points. Often if the fault is not serious or AdBlue has run low then we can solve the issue.
The first point of contact is to have your vehicle booked in and assessed.
- Total cost is £60.00!
However if you decide to go for one of our other service options you will not be charged at all.
How can we fix this?
This service option is to remove the AdBlue system from the vehicle’s ECU by removing and modifying the ECU parameters, therefore disabling the AdBlue system.
- After the system is disabled, the ECU will no longer send signals to the AdBlue system.
JM Remapping & Diagnostics provide a lifetime guarantee on all removal services assuming you brought it to us initially and still own the vehicle.
